Jorlan moves about the garrison with spiteful intent for any who stand in his path. He walks about cowled in his cloak, and though he has a warrior’s grace, you have seen on several occassions that he is nursing some sort of injury. His hand is a withered claw, with several missing fingers, and he keeps his face largely concealed. There is some sort of drama between himself, Ilvara, and Shoor.
